These Terms govern your use of Live Vibe Coding (the “Service”), a software product operated by Amit Jain (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Live Vibe Coding is an AI-assisted tool that generates, edits and helps you publish websites, applications and related digital content. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models; we do not guarantee that any output is error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you publish.
You must be capable of forming a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials (and any API keys you enter) secure.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or harmful content, to violate others’ rights, or to abuse, overload or attempt to bypass the Service’s technical limits.
You retain ownership of the content you input and, to the extent permitted by law, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to operate the Service. Your account and your work are stored against your own account and are private to you — not visible to other users; each user's projects live in their own workspace on the system.
If you supply your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for your use of and payment to those providers and for complying with their terms. Keys you enter are stored in your browser and sent with your requests; we do not store them on our servers.
Paid features are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). You authorise the applicable charges for the services you use.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the operator’s place of business shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
