Access to the Service and all outputs are delivered electronically, over the internet, within your browser. When you pay to deploy a project, publishing typically completes within a few minutes, and the live URL (or downloadable files) is made available to you immediately on success.
The Service is available online, worldwide, subject to maintenance windows and factors outside our control. If a deployment does not complete, please retry or contact us and we will assist or refund per our Refund Policy.
Electronic delivery is the same for domestic and international customers. No customs, duties or shipping charges apply because nothing physical is shipped.
On successful payment and deployment you will see confirmation on screen and, where you provided an email, by email. Keep your payment reference for any support request.
