This Policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid deployments on Live Vibe Coding, operated by Amit Jain.
Creating, editing and previewing projects is free. A charge applies only when you choose to deploy/publish a project. You can therefore evaluate the result in full before you pay.
There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can decide not to deploy at any point before payment, at no cost.
Because the deployment fee unlocks an instantly delivered digital service, fees are generally non-refundable once a deployment has successfully completed. However, we will issue a full refund if:
• you were charged but the deployment failed due to a technical fault on our side and we cannot resolve it; or
• you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge).
Email philojain@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
For international transactions, refunds are made in the original transaction currency where possible; currency-conversion differences and any bank charges are outside our control.
