This Policy explains how Amit Jain (“we”) handles personal data in connection with Live Vibe Coding.
Account details you provide (such as name and email); the prompts and content you submit to generate outputs; payment status information from our payment partner (we do not receive or store full card numbers); and basic technical/usage data (such as device and log information) to operate and secure the Service.
Your account and everything you build are stored against your own account and are not visible to other users. Each user's projects, prompts and generated code live in their own private workspace on the system; we do not expose one user's work to another user. Builds you keep in your browser remain on your device until you choose to save or deploy them. Only you — and, where strictly necessary, the providers who operate the Service on our behalf — can access your workspace.
To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with law.
Prompts and content you submit are sent to AI models to generate outputs. Where you supply your own provider API keys, requests go to that provider under its terms; keys are held in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and applicable card-network and RBI rules. We receive only the information needed to confirm and reconcile a transaction.
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, AI and payment providers), or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
